Who You Are
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated Contract Administrator who brings:
- 3+ years of local experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment
- Advanced Procore knowledge – you know your way around project documentation & workflows
- Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Customer service mindset – professional, responsive & solution-focused
- Organisational excellence – able to prioritise and meet deadlines efficiently
- A team-first attitude – willing to support and collaborate with colleagues
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll work closely with our Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Programming & Scheduling – ensuring seamless delivery
- Trade Letting & Contract Management – from reviewing subcontractor agreements to managing work orders
- Financial Oversight – cost control, invoicing, deposit claims & budget tracking
- Stakeholder Coordination – working with internal teams, contractors, consultants & building managers
- Quality Control & Compliance – managing WHS documentation, approvals & risk mitigation
- Project Close-Out – defect resolution, O&M manual review, and final project documentation
