Project One is a Construction Management firm, based in Australia, specializing in the delivery of fast-track interior fitout & refurbishment projects using head contract, construction management and design & construction delivery models.

Our team of construction professionals deliver projects for building owners, asset managers, project managers, architects, designers and business owners.

Our real purpose and commitment is to continue building our credibility, and reputation through best-in-class delivery management and customer service, ensuring that we develop loyal and long-lasting relationships with everyone we engage with. As much as 90% of our business comes through recommendations and referrals. Our mission is to make that 100% today.

The Directors & Owners of Project One, all professionally qualified across construction and design management disciplines, have worked very closely together since 2010 when the firm was established in Sydney. This solid foundation, together with our shared values, has allowed us to build an excellent culture, a team of highly skilled professionals and proven track record.

Andrew is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry. His journey began as a carpenter, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the trade & industry. Over the years, Andrew's dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence has been the benchmark behind his personal growth & development.

Today, he proudly serves as the CEO of Project One, where his leadership and vision have played a pivotal role in the company's success. Under his guidance, the company has flourished & continues on its growth trajectory.

Andrew's passion for quality construction, combined with his extensive industry knowledge, has not only shaped the success of Project One but has also contributed to the growth and development of the construction sector in Sydney. He continues to be a driving force in the industry, always striving for innovation and excellence in the commercial property industry.

Elena is a highly skilled professional with 22 years experience in the Architecture & Construction industry. As the dynamic COO of Project One, Elena is responsible for spearheading operations with a focus on efficiency, innovation and stakeholder satisfaction.

Having transitioned into construction management from design, Elena’s ascension to COO was fueled by her leadership qualities and a deep-seated knowledge of design & construction processes, which she leverages to drive Project One’s strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Elena’s dedication and commitment to ESG has notably enhanced Project One’s environmental & community stewardship. Her hands-on approach ensures that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations, and each individual within Project One thrives to their full potential.

Gavin Berry

Gavin is a project management professional with over 20 years of experience in the commercial property industry, specialising in the delivery of office refurbishments and building upgrade projects.

Complemented by his strengths in project management, Gavin’s key value proposition lies in his ability to understand and address challenges while remaining focused on achieving project objectives and adapting to changing demands.

Previously, Gavin worked with Dexus Property Group for seven years, where he was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of fit-out, refurbishment, and major infrastructure projects across key office and industrial assets in Sydney. His client-side experience provides him with a deep understanding of key priorities within REITs and other clients, which he applies to his project delivery with Project One.

Gavin has also served as the National Capital Works Manager at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Leanne Reveley

Leanne Reveley Commercial Manager

Leanne is a professional and diligent Commercial Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry. She is responsible for managing the Estimating and Bid Management Team where she takes the lead role in pricing and negotiating commercial contracts and preparing tender submissions.

She started her career in the UK as a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Construction Company, gaining extensive experience in cost control, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, and commercial reporting.

Following her move to Australia Leanne continued to develop her skills and experience as she transitioned into a Project Manager role where she was able to combine her knowledge of commercial and on-site construction management to continuously exceed clients' expectations for both project delivery and cost control.

Leanne is results-driven and passionate about improving efficiencies within the industry and building ongoing client relationships.

Jessica Marinic

Jessica brings over 17 years of experience in the design and construction industry, with more than a decade specialising as a Design Manager in workplace design. Her portfolio spans diverse sectors including commercial, retail, and hospitality, where she has consistently delivered innovative and tailored solutions.

Jessica's strengths lie in concept ideation, spatial planning, and effective budget management, ensuring that each project aligns with the unique needs of her clients. Her exceptional rapport-building skills have led to lasting business relationships, and she has successfully led interior design teams nationwide, mentoring and guiding them through all stages of project delivery.

With expertise in driving design direction while managing project budgets and D&C programs, Jessica excels in creating impactful and functional spaces that exceed expectations.

Drazen’s diverse background includes delivering fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects across the office, education, retail, and aged care sectors. Known for his confidence, organisation, and process-driven approach, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance, managing subcontractors, and maintaining reporting systems. His focus on project delivery and scheduling, paired with his ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, ensures the seamless execution of every project.

Tim is an accomplished finance professional with 10 years of experience across the Big 4 advisory, commercial finance leadership and corporate financial planning and analysis. He has supported organisations in industries including construction, technology distribution and professional services, with revenues ranging from $100 million to $4 billion.

Specialising in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and delivering actionable insights to executive teams, Tim is skilled at streamlining processes, enhancing reporting accuracy and driving organisational efficiency and profitability.

As Head of Finance at Project One, Tim provides strategic guidance, robust financial oversight and strong business partnering to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
