Project One is a Construction Management firm, based in Australia, specializing in the delivery of fast-track interior fitout & refurbishment projects using head contract, construction management and design & construction delivery models.

Our team of construction professionals deliver projects for building owners, asset managers, project managers, architects, designers and business owners.

Our real purpose and commitment is to continue building our credibility, and reputation through best-in-class delivery management and customer service, ensuring that we develop loyal and long-lasting relationships with everyone we engage with. As much as 80% of our business comes through recommendations and referrals. Our mission is to make that 100% today.

The Directors & Owners of Project One, all professionally qualified across construction and design management disciplines, have worked very closely together since 2010 when the firm was established in Sydney. This solid foundation, together with our shared values, has allowed us to build an excellent culture, a team of highly skilled professionals and proven track record.

Andrew is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry. His journey began as a carpenter, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the trade & industry. Over the years, Andrew's dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence has been the benchmark behind his personal growth & development.

Today, he proudly serves as the CEO of Project One, where his leadership and vision have played a pivotal role in the company's success. Under his guidance, the company has flourished & continues on its growth trajectory.

Andrew's passion for quality construction, combined with his extensive industry knowledge, has not only shaped the success of Project One but has also contributed to the growth and development of the construction sector in Sydney. He continues to be a driving force in the industry, always striving for innovation and excellence in the commercial property industry.

Elena is a highly skilled professional with 22 years experience in the Architecture & Construction industry. As the dynamic COO of Project One, Elena is responsible for spearheading operations with a focus on efficiency, innovation and stakeholder satisfaction.

Having transitioned into construction management from design, Elena’s ascension to COO was fueled by her leadership qualities and a deep-seated knowledge of design & construction processes, which she leverages to drive Project One’s strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Elena’s dedication and commitment to ESG has notably enhanced Project One’s environmental & community stewardship. Her hands-on approach ensures that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations, and each individual within Project One thrives to their full potential.

Amelia is a driven and results-oriented strategy and partnership manager with over 9 years of experience in construction management and corporate client services representation. She has a proven track record in successfully handling projects of varying size and complexity, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Amelia continued to develop her skills and experience within the client focus strategy role where she transitioned from project delivery into a national customer experience role, a dedicated direct contact for all stakeholders during a live project with the ability to align client goals and problem-solving to ensure a positive outcome.

Amelia's vibrant and passionate approach, combined with a strong willingness to roll up her sleeves, ensures success in every endeavour.

Amelia’s role at Project One is to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the construction process and one care program.

Leanne Reveley

Commercial Manager

Leanne Reveley Commercial Manager

Leanne is a professional and diligent Commercial Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry. She is responsible for managing the Estimating and Bid Management Team where she takes the lead role in pricing and negotiating commercial contracts and preparing tender submissions.

She started her career in the UK as a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Construction Company, gaining extensive experience in cost control, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, and commercial reporting.

Following her move to Australia Leanne continued to develop her skills and experience as she transitioned into a Project Manager role where she was able to combine her knowledge of commercial and on-site construction management to continuously exceed clients' expectations for both project delivery and cost control.

Leanne is results-driven and passionate about improving efficiencies within the industry and building ongoing client relationships.

Jessica Marinic

Jessica brings over 17 years of experience in the design and construction industry, with more than a decade specialising as a Design Manager in workplace design. Her portfolio spans diverse sectors including commercial, retail, and hospitality, where she has consistently delivered innovative and tailored solutions.

Jessica's strengths lie in concept ideation, spatial planning, and effective budget management, ensuring that each project aligns with the unique needs of her clients. Her exceptional rapport-building skills have led to lasting business relationships, and she has successfully led interior design teams nationwide, mentoring and guiding them through all stages of project delivery.

With expertise in driving design direction while managing project budgets and D&C programs, Jessica excels in creating impactful and functional spaces that exceed expectations.

Ramona Foote

Ramona is a dynamic team player with strong analytical skills, possessing over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Her role includes sourcing, supplier negotiation, supplier development, estimation for project quotation and delivery management.

Ramona’s flair for methodical organisation and dedication to Project One have propelled her career into Procurement. Undertaking project responsibilities and assisting in creating new processes have ignited her passion for facing challenges and continual development.

With an agile and forward-thinking approach, she utilises her expertise to achieve results. Adept in developing key relationships with partners and committed to streamlining processes, she has the ability to effectively oversee all processes related to the procurement of FF&E and loose furniture. Ramona's superior communication skills and friendly demeanour greatly enrich the team dynamic, amplifying collaboration and fostering a positive work environment.

Heather is responsible for nurturing our vibrant company culture, spearheading our learning & development strategy, and championing the well-being of our team.

Throughout her career, Heather has accrued extensive experience across various client-facing roles, refining her understanding of the significance of client satisfaction. Her experience instilled a fundamental belief that a happy, fulfilled team is pivotal to achieving elevated levels of client satisfaction. This belief alongside her natural ability to engage with all stakeholders, enables her to cultivate meaningful relationships that are foundational to the success of Project One.

She has repeatedly demonstrated her ability to successfully implement organisational initiatives that drive positive change and streamline the day-to-day processes of a business.

Silva is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a Master's in Professional Accounting. She is a highly motivated professional with over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, cash flow planning, budgeting, month-end processes, and regulatory compliance.

She has worked across various industries, including telecommunications, IT, logistics, architecture, and hospitality, supporting entities in Australia, the UK, and the USA. Silva excels in building strong working relationships with senior executives and project managers. She ensures month-end delivery timelines are met and collaborates closely with project managers to challenge monthly forecasts, accurately reflecting future expenditures.

Her attention to detail allows her to identify variances and budget risks, providing strategic insights for effective financial planning. Silva’s expertise is invaluable in supporting Project One’s financial health and success.
